How do I submit my documents?

Use our secure upload form on the Contact/Upload page or send via encrypted email.
We accept:

• Word (.doc/.docx, PDF)

• Scanned documents

Privacy & Compliance

Are my documents confidential?

Yes — absolutely.
All services use HIPAA-compliant tools, including:

• No third-party access

Your information is never used for training AI models or shared with anyone outside the service.

Do you sign confidentiality agreements?

Yes. We can sign NDAs, HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), or agency confidentiality contracts upon request.

Do you write new clinical content?

No.
We reorganize, polish, and clarify your clinical work to fit the standardized template.
If major rewriting is needed, we will notify you before starting.

Turnaround Times

What is the standard turnaround time?

All plans include a 72-hour standard turnaround.

This ensures accuracy, compliance, and time for quality review.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes. Rush fees apply:

• 24-hour turnaround – $75

• 48-hour turnaround – $45

*Rush acceptance depends on workload — you will be notified immediately if a time slot is unavailable.

How do I pay?

You receive an invoice after you upload your documents.
Work begins once payment is received.

Revisions & Support

What if I need revisions?

Each project includes:

• 48 hours of free minor revisions
  Major revisions (adding new content, replacing sections, adding new documents) can be quoted as needed.
  
  

Can you update both the FBA and BSP?

Yes — as long as the BSP content is provided, it can be integrated into the assessment section and formatted professionally.
If you need a standalone BSP created, a custom quote can be provided.

Additional Questions

Can you work from handwritten notes or audio recordings?

Yes — but this requires a custom quote because it involves interpretation rather than formatting.

What happens if my document is extremely long?

For files exceeding 35–40 pages, a small additional fee may apply.
You will be informed before work begins.

Do you help with PCISP, HRP, or other clinical documents?

Yes. We can convert, clarify, and structure additional clinical documents upon request.
